Return And Refund Policy

We want you and your child to be satisfied with your Elvarinex purchase. Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
