xThe Nike LeBron 17 “Black/White” is a stealthy take on James’s seventeenth signature performance basketball shoe with Nike Basketball. Evolved from the Battleknit 2.0 upper used on the LeBron 16, the seventeenth model features Nike’s Knitposite material, a revolutionary spin-off of Flyknit fabric that uses heat-molded yarns for improved mobility. The fabric covers the shadowy black and white woven upper including the smoky design on the heel. A lion-sketched throat continues a common theme found in the Nike LeBron series. Below, a forefoot-to-heel visible Max Air cushioning unit, the largest ever placed on a LeBron signature shoe, provides shock absorption for “King James’s” full-steam-ahead playing style. The Nike LeBron 17 “Black/White” was released on September 27th, 2019.
